I have really enjoyed the 20 or so weeks training under you and look forward to hooking up on my return to start the preparation for IronmanAustralia.
In this 20 weeks I have felt great and really enjoyed the training. The programs you have written have really helped improve my run. I feel both mentally and physically prepared for Hawaii and I put this down to knowing I have had a structured program tailored to suit my lifestyle & having done the work in training.

Just wanted to let you and Nicole know that under Jas' programs I have had my best races ever. My swim and bike have both really improved and I am so happy with my results.
I didn't think there was that much more improvement in me, as I didn't have a lot of time to train, but you maximised the training I was doing and consequently, I got a lot more out of my training.
Thanks very much for the programs, your endless advice, and inspiration. Will be back again next season!

I wanted to email and say thank you for all your effort and time over the past 14 weeks. I appreciate the fact you were able to give so much invaluable advice, and that you took my work, and injuries into account when you wrote my programs. I had a fantastic race, ( beat my PB by 27 minutes!!!) and I know your coaching had a great deal to do with that. I will recommend you to all my friends down here. I am already looking forward to my next block of training, so keep those programs coming Jas!
